I received A free upgrade to a superior double room. The room included great views of the park. The breakfast had a good variety and quality.

The tv lacked channel options. It was difficult to find anything to watch in english. The interface was also in another language , made it MORE difficult

the breakfast included a rich selection. i enjoyed the variety of different foods, and the coffee was good. the restaurant in the hotel provided good quality for its price. free parking was available .

the sink in my bathroom seemed blocked. water did not drain as fast as it should have. the tv was not useful, as there was no option to watch anything. the pillows were not comfortable.

the breakfast area was busy it was difficult to find a free table also the coffee machines were slow resulting in long queues the room's soundproofing was not sufficient i could hear noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms affecting my sleep quality
